Security of Data
The security of your personal data is important to us! Remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use all commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, but we have yet to have any incidents in our history. We also use 3rd party processors for payments and order data.

Data Sharing
We do not share any data outside of what is specifically needed to process an order. This means that we typically share data only with our payment processors and customer support software. This is required to process orders, and required to customer retention reasons so we know who to attribute an order to. We are not a digital business and do not need/use customer data for anything besides placing an actual order for a product.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We do not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. However, third party companies may use tracking technologies to collect and track information. This is outside of our control. Our business does not track or collect information outside of normal website stats. We are purely a retail sales product and have no need for the collection of user data online. Please be aware that other browsers and apps that you’re using may use these technologies though. These tech items may include:

● Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent (this would depend on the browser though). However, if you do not accept cookies, you will still be able to use our service. We cannot speak to other third party products that you may be using though, sometimes those applications can impact your connection.
● Web Beacons. Certain sections of our service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity). These are not 'trackers', these are more meant for internal use for statistics. This information is never shared our sold, it is purely for use by the company.
We do not use/employ cookies for our site, the site is mostly meant to help increase foot traffic to our physical stores and to allow the sale of digital-only products.​

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service. This data is never shared or sold, it is only used internally for the business to track usage, performance, and to make positive adjustments based off it.

Orders
Orders will be in-line with all industry standards for entertainment (only allows for joke/prank names, includes permanent prop placement watermarks, etc). If we think that an order is being placed without a novelty intent, our automated system will review and cancel it. We also do not support bulk orders, orders for a large amount of just one item, may be cancelled. Over 95% of orders are using our service for entertainment, plays, a theatrical production, or otherwise, however, if we feel a client may not have that intent, we will not generate the order and will cancel & provide a full refund.

Physical Items
Our physical items must be sold in-person because some of the items cannot be shipped, or they have to be hand-tailored for a particular production (i.e. jack-in-the-boxes, handshake buzzers, gag boxes with glitter or other items, etc.). These items can be tailored in person and will typically take several days after a purchase to create. In some cases they actually cannot be shipped (handshake buzzers specifically, depending on their strength and the type of battery inside). Feel free to inquire via email about any of those products, but know that they are hand-made and can have limited stock and availability.

Changes and Cancellations
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on our service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.  Even if we see paperwork about your production/show/play, we STILL reserve the right to not generate any order that our team is not comfortable with. We reserve this right of cancellation for any order, including both digital and physical in-store items. Cancelled orders will always be refunded directly, and expediently, to the same payment method that the order was made with.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and [business entity name] (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the [website name.com] website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.

Accordingly, any/all designs made are owned by the company and cannot be distributed without written consent/permission. This does not apply to general resale items, only for original/custom boxes and orders.
