Are these really from a Doctor?

NO! They are NOT!

The panels we create are purely for entertainment purposes only. We are not medical professionals. They are in NO WAY intended to give any actual indication of dependence or use - or of any medical condition.

How private are the results?

Completely Private! Again we do not retain any personally identifiable information or share with any outside party (apart from payment processing partners). In addition the charge appears as "Forms & Co." so that even the receipts are discreet.

Why is the price so low? Other services are $60 - 100+

We only offer 2 different forms (and we're consistently updating them), so we are able to provide a FAR better quality product, at a lower price, from anywhere else. 

Do you share my information?

We will never share data and do not keep/store any personally-identifiable, private information after an order. To create the test we do ask for a gender and age of the “subject”, but feel free to supply any information you’d prefer. We do not collect your email address or any other information.

I Purchased But Didn't Get An Email
