Are these really from a Doctor?

NO! They are NOT!

The fake std test and fake drug test panels we create are purely for entertainment purposes only. We are not medical professionals. They are in NO WAY intended to give any actual indication of dependence or use - or of any medical condition.

How private are the results?

Completely Private! We do not retain any personally identifiable information or share with any outside party (apart from payment processing partners). In addition the charge appears as "Forms & Co." so that even the receipts are discreet.

Why is the price so low? Most services are $50 - 100+

We only offer 2 different forms (and we're consistently updating them), so we are able to provide a FAR better quality product, at a lower price, from anywhere else. 

Do you keep/share any information?

We never share data and do not keep/store any personally-identifiable, private information after an order. We even use an independent 3rd party processor to ensure that customer data is never held by us.
